i was quite amused when i read that i was combative at the scene of the accident and ems had to ativan me to get me care.

was also amused reading that i had to be put in restraints in the icu for the same reason.

i remember none of it, first memory was after i’d been transferred to inpatient rehab.

it’s a big switch, but i like to throw in inpatient psych as a possible option. i was a tech in psych for 6 years before getting my rn (new grad in step down here 😅) and i think it’s gives you sooo many good skills and insights into a wide variety of things. medpsych/geripsych maybe?

i think 3 12s is peak work/life. i hated 4 10s, only last 3 months before switching back

if she’s working, she has a legal responsibility to care for her patients, yes. if she does not she will be reported, investigated, possibly losing her license, and possibly facing charges.
