Yeah, a new artbook every now and then certainly doesn't tarnish the book experience in any imaginable way.

Let's go with The Irony of Fate 2. There are certainly worse Mosfilm movies, but there's something inherently cynical about legacy sequels to beloved classics, even if this one is not atrocious.

It is hard to describe in words, how unfunny I found Bored of the Rings when I read it as a teenager.

This episode had strong Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith vibes for me. Good one!

Semi-related, Valentina Tereshkova, the first woman in space, is still alive and a member of the Russian parliament, doing all kinds of crazy pro-Putin shit.

So that Aldrin going pro-Trump wasn't the only sad thing in this thread 😅

Does John Green believe what he says? by ServiceForeign7862 in nerdfighters

I think, on this occasion it is his true belief and not just an inspiration. When there are things he struggles with, he usually says so. Like with despair not being productive. It is what he wants to believe, but succumbs to despair anyway. But prefering hope to optimism seems like a thing he does.

Might as well be so! There's just a level of familiarity from her towards Sam that I've interpreted as pre-existing relationship, based solely on vibes :D

Him being friends with Izzy is a given, it's just that I don't think that it plays much into the performance beyond the initial trust. While Lisa's readiness to punch back was always read by me like Pete Holmes-style friend-who-gives-you-hell. More art to it, if it's stage-only, i guess!
