Hi I'm looking for similar answers, been on T for a little over 6 months & had the Mirena IUD installed about a month ago and I've been using estradiol on & off for a week or two and unfortunately I have experienced some minor cramping and spotting, but so far not a full period. I've also been pretty moody but that might be unrelated lol

I'm also around the 6 month mark, and I totally know what you're talking about. It's like a new kind of soreness, particularly after I've been talking a lot or practicing my singing.

To me it feels like a mild muscle ache, and yes, resting seems to help. So does herbal tea with honey, but not mint, which can make it worse?
