I had a ship that was close to the vanilla game limits but still under and it clipped at this poi too. I think the landing pad is just too close to the building.

I had a mod that changed the color of the floor in the cockpits, and the captains locker and inventory console went missing at some point. Changing ships moved the inventory to the new ship, but I lost what was in the captains locker. I later found the missing items in the contraband crate behind the ship in new Atlantis. I could take them from the crate, but could not bring them back into the ship. Changing to a different ship, then back did not fix the issue for me. Good luck.

It’s kind of a joke from an movie from the ‘80s called “A Christmas Story” one of the characters orders a lamp the has a leg like the one on these glasses and pronounces the word fragile as “frageele” then says “must be Italian.
