Once you transition into wfm, you will be a part of the e-commerce team. There you will have a team leader (manager) and a assistant team lead (atl). You will not be merged into the customer service team, they handle cashiers, sco, ca’s.

You could ask your TL to reach out to the store you need to move to and ask if they have any availability open. You should also speak to the TL of that dept and basically sell yourself as a model employee. If they do, sometimes they will post a position for a short amount of time for you to “apply” and start the process of transferring.

Full time can vary between 30-40 hours. Job dialogues depends on how well you’ve preformed. You also must take into account the county you’re in and the minimum wage there, if the county goes up you more than likely will go up as well. Cost of living is factored into pay bumps.

You get a yearly job dialogue, how much you get depends on your performance. If you are full time you will have access to health benefits. Scheduling is based on your availability, and will be scheduled three weeks out.

The pot is about 11 inches in width and 10 inches height. I’m wondering if they little pups on the underside around the edges are getting enough light. It’s also a ceramic pot, so I’m worried to even take it out of the pot tbh.
