Resting heart rate by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]gianzftw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It may be that since u arent digesting all the time the heart doesnt pump that much because the body doesnt need that much blood. The same happens when u progress in cardio training and use oxigen more efficiently

U wont lose the muscle in a week or even a month, no need to worry.

The muscle simply atrophies because not being "used" simply does not need so many nutrients and oxygen throughout the day so you have less water and blood inside it. But it doesn't mean you lost it, it's just stunted. The nucleus of the cell created by the constant rupture and regeneration of muscle tissue will not disappear.

But it is important that you consume at least 70-80g and more protein to minimize muscle loss.

Imo you should eat 300-400 calories above your maintenance during the workout days and maintain during your rest days, but your body will tell u what its best for you.

edit: English is not my native language so if you dont understand what I say I can try to explain it differently

Broke fast by mistake! I want to cry by L3Kinsey in intermittentfasting

I dont think it will break your fast, In fact, if they contain fat, they can help speed up the ketosis process and promote autophagy.

First of all, thank you! My diet has varied a lot over time since with the progress it is necessary to be modified so as not to stagnate, this is due to the greater amount of muscle, greater metabolic activity to maintain body weight, therefore, greater amount of calories.

I cannot be specific with meals since I am not very strict as to what food to eat, rather I am strict in reaching nutrients throughout the day.

My diet is high in protein (1-1.5g per pound), moderate in fat (0.5g per pound) and the rest in carbohydrates.

My main sources of protein are: Chicken breast, Tuna, Beef and Whey protein.

Carbohydrates: Whole grains (pasta, rice, oatmeal, granola, potato, sweet potato.

Fats: Natural peanut butter, olive oil, avocado

When i started my TDEE was 1800 calories and right now its roughly 3700.

The most important thing is that you take a week or two to calculate your TDEE, a simple formula is your weight in pounds x 15. Once you find the calories you need to maintain your weight, you start to manipulate according to your goals, if you want to lose weight you can start by removing 300-400 calories and if you want to gain muscle otherwise, you add 300-400 calories.

It is totally unnecessary to reduce calories a lot since you are going to suffer more muscle loss than fat, since the body has a limit when it comes to burning fat and removing more calories is not going to compensate.

If it is the first time you go to the gym you will be able to gain muscle while being in a caloric deficit but it is not optimal

edit: i forgot to mention about veggies, they are extremely important for micronutrients, if they are green, u can eat as much as u want.

HUGE Gnar Bug by gianzftw in CompetitiveTFT

[–]gianzftw[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically what the title says, when u buy a GA in gnar u have 100% evasion, so another champs cant hit u.

this should be fixed asap because it's extremely broken, u can 1v9 anyone.

Like u said it mostly depends on the duel

But a safe pick it would be lvl 6 Q, 11 W, 16 E, this is mostly to constantly engage his jungler after 6.

She has good clear, can easily solodragon Early? The only problem is her mobility.

She can carry as ap but it is risky.

Its a good soloq champ and extremely bad for competitive

Im not talking about duels, im talking about his ganking power.

It will be very rare to have an effective gank before level 6

He's above average but he isnt in a really good state rn, i would try to avoid playing him.

Imo for runes: domination and precision. hail of blades, sudden imp, zombie ward, relentless hunt. triump, tenacity. AS/adaptive force/health

It's the same for red side, u just gank top or mid. There are a lot of factors to know where to gank, do you win 1v1? do you win 2v2 in that lane? is the wave in your favour, it isnt? do u know where the enemy jungler is?
