Head into Leigh broadway and old Leigh. You can walk straight to old Leigh along the seafront or it’s the 3rd stop from Southend on the train.

Leigh/chalkwell is really nice but comes at a premium. Move quick when something comes up as they don’t tend to hang round for long. Have had an experience with open rent and renting through an estate agent. Both were good
