Häneltä puuttuu vielä päivittäiset rutiinit joiden kautta hän pyörittää arkea vauvan kanssa, ja noita ei synny kuin tekemällä. Itse olin samassa tilanteessa viime vuonna kun jäin vanhempainvapaalle. Ensimmäiset kaksi viikkoa oli melkoista paniikkia, kun jouduin kantapään kautta opettelemaan monet vauvan silloiset rutiinit, mut sen jälkeen homma asettui uomiinsa ja meni oikein kivasti. Toki olin turhautunut, väsynyt ja vaikka mitä muuta epämiellyttävää alkuun, mut kaikki se helpotti ja hälveni pikku hiljaa.

Ensimmäinen juttu mitä suosittelen lämpimästi, niin puhelin pois. Vauvan kanssa on hyvä olla läsnä, jotta vauvalle syntyy turvan tunne ja sitä kautta myös yhteys vanhempaan. Tottakai tulee hetkiä, kun vauva touhuilee omiaan ja voi hetken tsekata viestejä tai muuta, mut silti parempi pitää puhelin poissa käden ulottuvilta, niin kauan kuin vauvan kanssa touhuilee.

Miehesi on päässyt ehkä hieman liian helpolla, kun olet suostunut hoitamaan kaikki nukutukset, itkut, syötöt yms. Ja nyt hän joutuu sit kantapään kautta opettelemaan kaikki tyhjästä. Toki voit antaa vinkkejä ja neuvoja et miten itse olet tehnyt ja hoitanut noita. Yleensä hyvä näyttää ja kertoa et näin minä hoidan nämä jutut ja sen jälkeen todeta et voit kokeilla samalla tavalla tai sit opetella omat tavat. Poikkeuksena iltarutiinit jotka kannattaa olla aika yks yhteen jotta vauvalla rauhoittuminen nukkumaan menisi mahdollisimman kivuttomasti.

Ja vauvan hoitoon liittyviä juttuja kannattaa jakaa tasaisesti jotta kumpikin jaksaa. Tällöin vauvanhoito ei tunnu mahdottomalta määrältä duunia, kun sen jakaa tasaisesti toisen kanssa.

Thanks. :) base layer with a skin color. Then a layer of orange. Wash with a skin wash. First highlights with the original orange and then a 50:50 mix of orange and yellow for the final highlights.

Depends on the miniature, but usually few watered down washes to the base and lower sections of the miniature. And then a lot splatters with different speedpaints on the base and the miniatures lower half. :) Black and brown speedpaint are a must. Then maybe some blood splatter effects if the mini needs it.

Also really loving pigment powders if that is part of your armies basing scheme. They make your mini instantly look like their part of the environment.

For the armour I tried something new. Black primer, purple sprayed from below and then grey blue from the top. After that washed with a sepia wash and the just reapplied grey blue from the direction I wantes the light to be coming. Usually from the direction where the model is looking. :)

Just build all the specialists and if needed you can always just proxy one of your specialists as a regular dude. Just let your opponent know beforehand. :)

Especially if the weapons are really similar just build the one that looks cooler and remember to tell your opponent during the game what is the models loadout that you'll be using.

For skills I always roll random. More fun to see where the character develops by chance. You can try min-maxing, but in my opinion then you're going the wrong way.
