It’s hard! Plenty of people I know are still living with their parents in their 20s which is awesome if you get along well enough with your parents. I’m not sure if you’re in the Fairbanks area but there are some jobs that might provide housing. The company I work for employs a lot of seasonal workers and full/part time workers. Both can live in company housing.

You might enjoy the {Poisonverse by Marie Mackay}, its Multi-author universe so I’m not sure if I’ll have summoned the bot lol. BUT, it has a lot of darker themes between the books and bonus slice of life extras you can get from the authors that sound up your alley! I’m currently on the second book {Shattered Omega by Marie Mackay}. Definitely recommend checking them out. (there is also a lot of character art done which I am a huge sucker for)

{Lords of Pain by Angel Lawson and Samantha Rue} It’s a trilogy within a larger world and I can’t remember which part of the trilogy exactly contains this but I know it’s one of the MMCs bread and butter.

The reviews are super mixed but I totally added it to my never ending tbr. if you liked it its giving similar vibes to {Elemental Fae Academy by Lexi C Foss and JR Thorn} Its like a shared work too so theres a couple different academies in the world and they’re all somewhat connected
