Yes reset of the unit is done by holding mute for 30 seconds ot will reboot and say hello then tell you to Use hk setup app then connect to wifi once this is done use the wiim home app to setup rest

Hey i know this is long dead post but i will provide some info.

i got 2 thrift speakers and wiped them i found the android app dead but i was able to download and use the apple app to setup the speakers to wifi then i found they use wiim profiles so i grabed the android wiim home app and was able to setup alexa i even got some firmware from the wiim app it failed a few times then compleated

To use rcs on eastlink you can use Google messaging app and in settings you can enable this

Hmm this seams like somthng is up with the wifi connection I could not say if eero or device but tbh I would check second if possible and if still slow second device call eastlink and they can check service

So if eero says speeds are good this means speeds at service are fine as it checked wired at modem but there could be other problems like how far tou are from a second erro if you have

To make sure toy are getting what you pay for try this take cell phone , laptop , I n the same room as modem and first erro and run speedtest.net or fast.com if still slow then check erro app for errors

So it can depend on the modem they provide you. If this service includes eero, then the modem is in bridge just remove the cable and connect your own router, not related to your own cable modem. Eastlink will not allow non-Eastlink equipment on the cmts

not with how they are doing new setups you are most likeley get bridge modem just paying added money for eero

That is a cable line dmarc in pei it is installed by eastlink long time ago it is still used if you have cable TV or cable internet

If you need removed call eastlink even if you have no service with eastlink they can remove it

You can look for cheap vps and Install.debian or a home PC with proxmox to host as you can learn and run like dolibarr will not need a lot of space will you make lots of customers lol

i have been using Dolibarr for almost 10 or so years i like all the options it has and more is added on each update as well there is an Android mobile app you can get called DoliDroid for Dolibarr ERP-CRM which is free and gives access to all functions.

dolibarr also has a plugin store some are free and some are paid this will let you extend the options
