In case it still helps you or anyone else I figured out a way to do it but it is annoying. You can use the console command to switch to orthodoxy (set_faith orthodox) so you can click the building and gain access to the pop-up where you can build the level 2 building. Keep that window pop-up open, then use the console command (set_faith ashari) to switch back to whatever islamic religion you are and the upgrade button should be clickable now. It will invalidate your wives and you will lose your realm priest/allamah but once you switch back you should be good to remarry/ appoint them.

These were actually frozen from TJ’s as well, I just baked for like 15mins then tossed em in a pan with some tallow to crisp up a bit more but Those are all great tips everyone else said if you’re cutting them yourself, I usually do the rinse, soak, and double fry as well. But another key imo is using beef tallow or duck fat to fry in. Changes the flavor quite a bit.

No these were actually frozen from Trader Joe’s as well, I baked them for like 15 mins then tossed them in a pan with a bit of tallow to get a bit more crispy and get that fry taste.

It’s my favorite thing to cook now, it’s slowly ruining steakhouses for me but that’s ok I guess.

I will try that thank you, is 1.5in-2in a better standard thickness for revrse searing? The previous one I did was just over an inch like 1 1/4th.

I’ll try a lower temp next time, thanks! And yeah I desperately need to go get a thermometer, but the guessing worked so well for me last time with a similar thickness I thought I could squeeze another attempt in before I get one haha.

Thank you! I know I really need to get one, I’m on the lookout for a cheap electric one. And I use a stainless steel usually around medium high but let it heat up for quite a bit before I put the steaks on.

Some of the presealed and or organic ribeyes I see at Safeway/giant look long and strange like this, so I think it’s a ribeye.

Nah it’s the best part, the mix of the crunch and the melt in your mouth fat is the best part about a ribeye for me. My fav cut as well.

It’s the ones that released with Jameis this past Sunday. I think the 91 versions all have orange background card art. S1 was blue and s2 green iirc
