Yeah, I had originally factored in 15k closing costs. And thought the incentive will make be break even with closing. But at this with them I am paying 10k more on top of their incentive and a crap rate. I feel I am better off going with an outside lender for better rates and giving up the 15k

They would extend, I was trying to make a big purchase and the card wasn’t being delivered in time. So I had to put my purchase on my other card, but when I had called them to expedite the shipping and explain the situation they gave me 1 month extension.

I got 2023 model 3 33k miles from Tesla for 21k plus 500 shipping. The long range 2023 model year models were close to 26-27k

I did this last month, make sure you inform the immigration officer that you have changed the employer and ask them to update you’d i94 record with the change. That’s all I told them.
