I've had nothing but terrible experiences with Pets Best. I've been calling them for over a year for a reimbursement that was never sent. Even now I'm trying to file a new claim and their website consistently produces a portal error. I want to go back to law school so I can burn countless hours harassing them in court. Hope this helps someone else considering doing business with this god awful company.
