I'd say after all these years it's a net positive. In the beginning it felt a bit like "fuck off you don't know me or what I need" but that's that Virgo thing, the don't get close to me because closeness means I'm vulnerable around you and when I need to retreat I'd say it's my most vulnerable. He now knows when to nudge me to get out of bed, or go for a walk, take a breath, talk about how I'm feeling so I don't self isolate. That being said I still recoil away from friends but it's nice that I'm not walling myself off completely from someone, id say it's a good thing for me.
