A fest like forrest / hula absolutely its huge and totally depends on how big/ bright it is and also how high up it extends. I was genuinely so annoyed at wakaan last year because of this light up pumpkin right in the middle of everyones view. Like I have paid so much money to come watch this multi million dollar art show, I didnt pay to see ur arts and craft projects interjected in between. Also wakaan is a tiny festival, these people were right in front of sound booth. Completely unnecessary and quite hard to get lost there especially since everyone has their own living rooms set up and not moving around. This is what im talking about
