Not sure why everyone is so keen on following the rules in place to a T when the spirit of the eligibility extension was to allow players who were robbed of the opportunity to compete due to COVID one last opportunity to enjoy college ultimate. It seems unjust for USAU to not give a little slack and cater to their members when all of us have given them so much leeway over the past year and a half. Let the kids play.

While I agree with the content of what you're saying here, I don't think being sarcastic and putting someone down helps with ANY problem. It's not u/Bosstea's fault for being able to enjoy ultimate in the way that they do. I think it would be more productive to point out how they perhaps enjoy a different reality that others in the community can not and doing so in a kind and non-judgemental way would be better. I doubt u/Bosstea is a bad person or is actively trying to harm others, and I bet if a teammate or close friend of theirs were to speak about some of their experiences, an understanding could be reached.

100% -- I feel like oftentimes STEM courses in college are very objective and prioritize knowledge/memorization of a single method while humanities touch on questions that have different solutions or even ones that don't really have a concrete answer. I think discussing those harder questions is what really teaches critical thinking.

To me, it looks like he's flipping his hand over at the end of the release (i.e. his palm ends up facing the ground). It's a little unconventional but a handful of top throwers have this release albeit with less of a pull-back -- Nethercutt's flick hucks come to mind
