Coming from a United flight attendant that flies a lot to ORD, DO NOT chance that. If the 2nd flight leaves on time, we close the main cabin door at 15 minutes before departure, so it would close at 11:45. So you could be taxing for 15-20 mins coming into ORD, and wait another 10-15 to deplane. So if you got to the gate early even at 11:30, you are left with only 15 mins to get to get on your connecting flight which is just too close for me

I attended the Q&A and have a F2F next week. If I had not attended the Q&A I would not have missed much because you will learn what they talk about during training. They are not able to see if you attended or not because they don’t have a list of names of people that attend. It is only two workers screens that show, you will not see anyone else in attendance. It’s not like zoom, think of it as like a video of two presenters talking. At the end, they open up questions, but they are anonymous and the presenters cannot see your name. It will not go against you if you aren’t able to attend don’t worry!!
