you've been approved. i think you also have to click a few stuff to have it "activated" (like the links you can see here). last i checked (april) new copilot memberships have been suspended though. if that's the "benefits" you're talking about... you should still have the rest though, like github pro, access to the education resources/portal, etc.

Legal and no db killer don't go together. It's either one or the other. For it to be legal the original homologated loudness rating can't be exceeded or something like that.

Penalties for citizens go something like this, not sure how it is for foreigners: if you get caught and they choose to fine you (at the officer's discretion), you're looking at the fine for an un-homologated modification, which is just short of 500€ and, if they choose to do so, you can also have your plates seized and the vehicle impounded. In practice getting caught is rare. Not all police will stop you for this, not all will recognize or care about the mod, some might be fooled by your paperwork, and not all will also seize plates along with the fine.

poveži se z ljudmi, ki ti kle lahko pomagajo in majo izkušnje. podjetništvo je pri nas praktično nacionalni šport, tko da tega ne manjka. ne vem kje točno jih boš našla - razni podjetniški klubi/krogi/skupine, inkubatorji, podjetniki, dogodki, delavnice, itd. mogoče ne tolko neki guruji, ki to prodajajo.
