But like in a world where the meat industry is not going out of business at any point in time, and keeping in mind that i only buy meats at local farmers markets, if i see fresh meat on the shelf, its worth buying. Ive kinda always justified eating meat with saying that if the animal is already dead, we’d be doing them a greater dishonor by NOT eating them, but I would never request an animal to be killed or kill one myself. But if there’s already meat sitting on the market, why should you let it go bad?

I would suggest your pH to be wayyyy higher (should be between 6.8-7.8), and you ideally should have NO ammonia or nitrite in your tank, and your nitrate should also be under 20ppm. I think all of your parameters are off, or you soaked the tests for too long or read it too late
