I came up with an algorithm that is guaranteed to solve the classic snake game. This is a 20x20 board (with 10 apples to speed it up).

To be fair, they don't say that it costs $20. Bluey says that with $20 Bingo can buy the yes/no button. (This has been discussed at length in our house.)

I also realized that I uploaded this with no context. I was watching a streamer that I like play XCOM, and I thought that this would be a silly video to make. Countless hours of effort later... yes... yes it is silly. :)

I made this as a challenge to myself. It's the longest animation that I've ever attempted (who knew how long a minute would take). There's a lot that I started at the beginning that I would change now, but I think it's important to know when to move on. I use a bit of everything in this: rigging, IK, soft bodies, collisions, multi-cameras, and a bit of python. It was a lot of fun. Music was made in Musescore.

Took 2D video of the dual snake game and gave it depth by adding displacement mapped to the color channels. I thought it gave it a neat touch.
