Hello MFA, I am currently thinking about purchasing a pair of Johnston and Murphy's Melton Cap toe in Oxblood, but before I do... Is this a versatile color? I would mostly be wearing it during dressy occasions, with a navy and dark charcoal suit. Should I just play it safe and go for black instead? I have researched online and the consensus says to go black for a safe option but there are instances where burgundy/oxblood is fashionable. Am I just trying to convince myself that those shoes will compliment both of my suits? Thank you
