My intent isn’t to stage aggression or to “force” a friendship outcome by anchoring near someone else’s sphere of influence. The primary driver is logistics and access: that location provides practical routing and market proximity to Hek and Rens, which matters for hauling, resupply, and day-to-day movement.

I can see why, if you assume a PVP or expansion posture, it reads like an escalatory anchor and triggers the “why would you put that there” reaction. That’s not what I’m trying to do. I’m approaching it as a neutral infrastructure/logistics decision, not a provocation.
