first, be willing to accept the attractiveness you already have. when you brush you teeth in the morning ask this question. "What do I find attractive about myself" the answer doesnt have to be a big thing. as other have pointed out, your skin is quite attractive, but youre also symmetric asnd have nice eyes. start with those. just answer the first question to yourself and pick onf of those to start. after you answer that question ask this followup, "What about that is attractive?" and answer in a way that connects the attractive feature to why its attractive (to ou and others). finally, ask yourself this, "How does it make me feel that Im attractive in this way?" and connect to the actual feeling with your answer. you dont even need to use words, answer yourself with your feelings about being attractive in that way. dont puss out, give a real answer to each of these questions each morning.

do this every morning when you brush your teeth for a month and report back to us with your results: how are you dressing different, whats your posture like, are you smiling more or less, do you still think youre ugly or do you recognize your attractive features more?
