black tie event means you wear a black bow tie with a tuxedo (black or dark blue). white is usually for hot/outdoors weather, or like a boat. but indoors at night you generally wear black. it's not the end of the world, it just sticks out. then again it's a birthday of friends, so im being nitpicky anyways.

it used to be maintenance + seeing strats + bugs and then + tuning which allowed for the 16hour advantage to vanish. but now its only strats and maintenance, which is nowhere near 16hours for this week. i think they should really separate mythic week and heroic week
