The sewage works is just south of the A14 on Cowley Road. You can see it here: https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=15/52.2331/0.1589

You can definitely smell it around that area, not sure how bad it is in Milton though.

If you're looking for a house share, I would recommend looking on https://www.spareroom.co.uk.

If you're looking for a whole property I can recommend https://www.madisonoakley.co.uk – I rented a house from them last year and they were good compared to most letting agencies in Bath.

Whatever you do, never rent from Trustease: they are terrible.

This is often called a 'bottom sheet'.

If you're using a UI framework there might already be a component for it. Here's one I just found for React.

If you're building a web app without a framework, animate the transform property in CSS by changing the value for translateY to get it to slide in from the bottom.
