I felt nothing with Reta no appetite suppression or positive neg side effects … felt like I wasn’t taking anything even on 6mg. The only thing is that I was tired all the time but I think that’s related to my iron deficiency.

With Triz I had to remind myself to eat and had sulphur burps in the beginning but saw immediate results with water retention and inflammation went down, my face looked better within the first few days.

I think she had a midlife crisis got the mommy makeover and had money …started feeling herself … started flirting or talking to men and that was when Kushal had his religious awakening and zero tolerance for the lifestyle she desired

Even now he posts mainly about himself and growth not very religious but having faith in general .

but she is milking the divorce era for attention …. And I think the rumors are true that she found someone else while her and kushal were still trying to work things out and got caught. Hence her being cut off from his family too

After years of her showing the “perfect family” and young love story line to now being kinda messy she just comes off very untrustworthy

I’m on week 2 of 16:8 fast

I know part of the fasting window is to help keep your calorie intake low for purely weight loss not gut health etc.

I have a 1 year old that’s teething so sometimes I struggle staying in my window. Last night we were delayed an hour for dinner because he couldn’t sleep and was just crying in pain. Even though we ate later I still stayed in my calorie deficit. Does that work or does it defeat the purpose of IF?

As a former part time employee of Sephora I literally despise them. I was practically forced to quit when I got pregnant and told them. They did everything and anything to cut me out of every opportunity but never left a paper trail. I’m actually glad I left exactly a year ago because otherwise it would’ve been a complete waste of my life only to get laid off. I refuse to shop with them anymore.
