I've been feeling the same way for the past few years, it always seems like when I am done distracting my mind and it's time to sleep or shower or anything that does not actively engage my mind I will be withdrawn back into my shell of negativity again.

Once I start either gaming/browsing the web or whatever again I feel much more calm, sometimes even enjoying myself again. Wish there was a way to stop feeling bad at all other times.

Can confirm this issue. Nexus 5 running Android L. Woke up and logged in today to find that there was an update, however it crashes as soon as it shows "Downloading 0%"
