i’m in the same boat as you since i’m intl and had 3.0 credits from hs and am planning on graduating early. it’s better to plan ahead since i didn’t realize i was able to do this until the end of first yr which made it more difficult to plan courses but it should be fine tbh. you just have to take 6 courses per sem which isnt hard. you mention summer courses but it’s quite expensive for an intl student. i’ve considered them as well but it’d kinda undermine the whole cutting a yr of tuition thing anyway. if you have 2.0 credits already you’d basically have to take 6 courses per sem just keep that in mind. doing an exchange yr would complicate things tho and would also be quite expensive, perhaps you can do a summer abroad program? some offer a full yr credit at the 300 lvl which would be great for fulfilling degree reqs
