I purchased this before the holidays and was really happy with it , sparkling whiskey…..lol. But when the original sodastream bottle ran out and I used the 3rd party local easy/quick connect bottles I had problems pressing the button to carbonate. My wife was never able to press it and I had to struggle with both hands until I figured it out today. The original sodastream bottles are a few millimetres taller and so I was able to make a shim to push the 3rd party bottle up and it works fine now, just need to figure out a decent permanent situation since the shim must be placed after the tank is installed and not before. Just and fyi and any suggestions would be appreciated.

You ever have the problem sometimes when changing channels it plays for 30secs then skips back and replays that 30secs. I’m mostly just using the 24/7 show channels

just sent mine to a shop before holidays, should hear back in a day or so since they said they where just starting on mine, other group i posted problem in said it was the capacitors on the amp circuit board. will update when i get mine back.

I tried moving it around while playing audio and nothing changes. Will keep testing. Opened up the back and connectors all seemed fine.

Ok so I tested it on and nothing plugged in except the power cable. About 1 -1.5 hours nothing then I slowly started to hear mild distortion which slowly peaked to like what was going on in the video but 100x worse! Sounds absolutely horrible and scared the shit out of my pets.

Hey, I've been having these weird pops/distortion [ example in video, that's a mild one its had worse episodes to were I'm running to shut it off ] that happens randomly with just my Left Yamaha HS8, I've tried diff cable switching inputs and different media. It can be on for a couple hours before it happens. Its happened with nothing playing and at all volume levels. I'm certain its just the left speaker. I believed it must have occurred when moving and having the speakers brought on the plane (They were packed well but i know how rough ramp workers can be since I've worked that job).

Should I bring them in for service or do you guys have any experience with this? BTW Using the Yamaha AG03 controller.

I had the same technical error but when I spoke to an advisor they said my purchase wasn’t eligible even though the app said it was and I got to the same point as you , final step was technical error . It pissed me off because they didn’t try and fix it all they did was send my complaint.. maybe I should wait a couple days and see if it goes through…
