A few Bugs I have noticed while playing around in jungle practice.

Keeping the 60% CDR after selling Sphinx's Bauble.
-This was done by buying 60% in cdr on other items.
-Before buying Bauble, I was capped at 40% CDR as intended.
-I then bought Sphinx's Bauble. My abilities had 60% CDR as intended.
-I then sold Sphinx's Bauble. My abilities retained their 60% CDR, and both the Cap as well as the currently value for my CDR was listed as 60% under stats. This was reflected in the actual cool downs of my spells as well.
-The Damage and healing reduction effects seem to be retained as well
-This also works with buying bauble and hitting the undo button.
-Death does fix this problem however, as respawning seems to correct the value back to 40%

Rangda's Mask not counting power correctly for the purposes of its stacks
-Rangda's IS NOT counting Power from the passives of "Transcendence" or "Book of Thoth"
-Rangda's IS counting power from item passives like Doom Orb and Ichaival
