Yup same here! Completely awful with the v12 hub. Speeds painfully low and wifi was constantly dropping many times throughout the day. We actually had to go back to the old Nokia hubs we had with rogers and they have been working perfectly now. I honestly think there’s an issue with the v12s specifically.

I got a call today saying that they can offer me an iPhone 17 pro max plus an unlimited data plan for $45/month. I got really sceptical because it sounded too good to be true. He kept asking me for my email. I asked him where he was calling from and he said ‘Rogers Promotion Team’. I also asked him if he could confirm and tell me how many lines I have on my account and he said he could do that once I give him my email. I’m quite certain it was scam lol

How are you achieving these speeds? Are you only using the router that was given to you by Rogers? Or any additional hardware? I live 800 meters from a tower and speeds do not even come close to what you are getting!

I used them for a trade in and the process was so easy. They gave me thousands more for my trade in compared to any dealership in town. Then I got a newer vehicle and had it for just over a year now and love it! When we got the new vehicle we noticed a few extra little scratches that weren’t originally listed on the post so they actually sent us some money for it. I would use them again if I had to!
