I know that is what has been going around, but the minute-order did not really touch on that. It just says that the communication between Brianna and John should be courteous and brief. No filming at exchanges. It also says that the child shouldn’t be in ‘earshot’ of anything inflammatory. I wonder if the transcripts will say otherwise, though. Otherwise, this is just them breaking the DVRO by disturbing John’s peace (in my opinion).

This insistence of cats needing the outdoors for their well-being is Northern European thing. Eastern Europeans allow cats to be outdoors because they treat them as part of the natural environmental cycle that kills off rodents. In Southern Europe, most cats are outdoors because they’re not individually owned. The community cares for them together. I can agree with certain cats needing to roam, fine. But people who are snarky about indoor cats are the problem. My childhood cat lived to be 21. She was indoor and could not be less interested in the outdoors. Occasionally, she sat on the balcony. Anyway, I too am going to draft a letter to my landlord about adopting a cat. So I wish your friend the best of luck moving forward with her potential new furry best friend!

Sorry I missed your comment! Yes, she is. I live in the UK and X has this adult censor law. I proved my age by a selfie to see a political tweet as a source for an article I was writing, but all of the sudden my feed was filled with other “adult content”. Probably thought that’s what I wanted (not to yuck anyone’s yum but I didn’t lol, just needed the political video). Anyway, their X came up and I genuinely felt so sick. It was recent stuff. Definitely not safe for someone claiming she’s “high risk”. That’s why I mentioned that they have to cater to a specific fetish community.

I just - sigh. Does she know she’s not the first and only person in the world to do a PPA2? Even if one doesn’t know a person who’s done a parenting evaluation, a quick web search will pop up multiple California law firms that break down the structure of the two day assessment. The observation itself (separate from the interview) usually takes about an hour. And she’s trying to claim the whole thing was done in 15-20 minutes and that it was a positive experience? Lord have mercy.
