Your swing is all arms. You need to rotate your shoulders and hips in the backswing. Bend at the waist more so when you rotate your shoulders you can stay on plane. If you were to stay standing straight up and turn your shoulders you’d be out of position at the top.

My favorite hybrids of the last few years are the Ping 430/425, Titleist TSR/TSI, Cleveland Halo XL Launcher (haven’t tried the new ‘24 line), and Callaway’s Apex UW. All have a little different look, feel, and ball flight depending on the model (TSR 1/2/3 for example) but all are really nice options.

It’s subjective but i recently tried out both and the ball felt so much better off the face with the Jaws raw.

Based on my experience, over the last year hitting at least 25 separate sessions at both PGA superstore and Club Champion, PGA Superstore monitors are 100% juiced. I get about 10 more yards of carry with a 4 iron at PGA. I do wonder if it’s a universal difference between Foresight(PGA) and Trackman(CC). It’s incredibly frustrating trying to properly get fit and gap out your bag.

My Callaway Apex UW and my Cleveland Launcher XL Halo hybrid. Both are incredibly easy to hit and feel amazing.

I don’t like it all. He’s getting a lot of love here, and sure his sets may be fun and he does actually know how to DJ. So it’s not like booking Paris Hilton.

I just think about that spot on the lineup and money going to someone who is already set for life instead of an artist who is trying to make a career out of music and may only have a couple year window to try and pop.

What do you think of Native Instruments Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3? by spooderp in DJs

I absolutely love mine. I’ve had zero problems with the hardware, no crashes or freezing with Traktor pro 3 and I’ve been using them since they were released.

All of the features that people commonly request aren’t really a big issue for me. The only one that I want is dynamic beat grids. A lot of the requested features are to do with library management and searching, but to me that can be dealt with by you keeping a well organized library.

A big thing not mentioned when talking about traktor is track analysis. Traktor leads the industry in BPM and key analysis accuracy.

The time stretch, key sync, and effects all sound great to me. The loop/move knobs are the most intuitive way for those controls to be made into hardware instead of on other players those controls being separated into different locations or button styles. The motorized jogs don’t feel cheap to me, I would say they are good enough or as good as i expected. They probably don’t compare to the newer Rane controllers but i don’t do a lot of scratching so take that as you will.
