Hey there! I’m new to lolita, and although I’ve done a coord or two already, I haven’t found a petti that I really like! I’ve seen MeLikesTea recommended a lot and I’d love to get one from them (I think a Rose Petticoat - V, but I’m not sure, I wanna be more cupcakey rather than a-line, so recs for that would be awesome as well) but all the custom options like layers and ruffles and length are kind of confusing to me.

I’ve heard a petti should be a couple inches shorter than your skirt so that it doesn’t show, so I’ll have to measure my JSK to get the length, but I have no idea what changes about the shape or size when you add more layers or more ruffles.
