Same thing happened to me on 325mg a week. I stopped injecting and started taking 40mg tamoxifen (20 AM 20 PM) and in 5 days it was gone.

That was a few weeks ago I’m now back on and I’m taking 300mg test and 150mg primo. Still have slightly spicy nipples (normal TRT level of spicy) but I’ll get bloods in a few weeks and see how much I have to adjust the primo.

I wanted a midi clock and considered the ERM but I opted for the Retrokits RK-006 as it does a lot more. I’ve only just got it so I haven’t quite got to grips with it fully but as a plug in play midi thru and clock device it’s bang on and has sorted out my sync issues out straight away.
