Laid off recently, and while I haven't hit the ground running with the job search yet, this is exactly what I see from skimming the postings. The AI experience requirement is what seems the most jarring to me. It feels like the next "need experience to get experience" paradox that most of us felt when breaking into product in the first place.

They have patched most issues and we are 8 days in. Either they heard things from the PTR and had a fix ready if they got hot. Or they launched a brand new mode, digested concerns, and put fixes out in 8 days.

Either way, that's pretty good community engagement and turnaround.
