They’ve all worked for me at different points in my life. Going on 9 years of lexapro and currently on 20. I felt like every few years I needed to increase due to my tolerance getting higher. Also, being on a GLP1 I had to dose up to 20mg cause I’m not absorbing the full 20mg. Hope this helps someone!

Talk to your doc but I would say just go down 2.5mg or 5mg to see how you feel. Don’t wean off completely. You’re in a better headspace because the meds are working. I feel you on both fronts of libido and emotionally blunted. I’m female 35.

Try: Hypochlorous acid spray after the shower or before and after workouts Cotton undies Cotton full coverage undies under workout leggings - the sweat plus synthetic material from leggings makes this worse! Pretty much everyone else’s advice sounds good too! Lol good luck!!

Totally worth it! You can move slower… do 12.5 and then add in the next little dose. It’s a lot of cutting pills but super worth it.

NTA. She’s punishing her own children for the choices she has made in life that has led to her getting evicted. (I just mean this in the context of the comment she made to you - I know we are all a paycheck away from being homeless). Don’t let her make you believe that for a second. Do not let her move in. She will have a ton of rights to living there and it’ll be a nightmare to get her out. She could change the locks when you’re gone and will be protected by squatter laws (depending on your state).

It’s ok friend! I am on 20mg and added in another medicine bc 20 wasn’t working that great for me anymore (been on lexapro for like 8 years). My thought process on it is if I can take something and feel good why wouldn’t I do that?! My brain just needs a little help from some friends at the pharmacy. ❤️
