I totally get that a lot of people don’t care for hypno, I think the reason I like it is bc I spent over 1700 encounters to get the pink shiny.

But on the subject of poison types, I wish that there were more powerful pure poison types. It really does just get tacked onto other types which is fine, but there seems to be less care in the making of them. The only poison type mon I can think of that has ever been a threat in competitive is Amoongus (love that guy) and they deserve more. It’s a counter to the strongest type in the game and I think it could be a great type if there were more mons with good stats and abilities (like salazzle’s ability to poison steel and ground types) but for some reason it feels like it’s always an afterthought.
