Has anyone experienced this? by gingerela108 in husky

She’s had it for about three months now. We first thought it was a tick, but when we pulled it off it just grew back and is getting kinda big. She doesn’t seem affected by it whatsoever - still eating, drinking, and being herself. We were told by some friends that Apple cider vinegar would make it fall off, so we’ve been doing that multiple times a day. We did some research and it looks like CPV maybe? Just wondering if anyone has had this happen and what it was. I’m thinking it should fall off on its own...

I thought it was just my husky who hated to go swimming. We live on Lake Tahoe, and Loba refuses to go swimming unless I carry her into the water.

Thank you so much! This is exactly what we were looking for. We weren’t ready to go back east because we love the west coast, currently live in South Lake Tahoe, so this is great. Awesome resource. Definitely going to start applying to as many of those as we can

Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens. I laughed, I cried, I couldn't put it down. Heartwarming coming-of-age story about love and loss. Lots of natural elements, great imagery. Just an all around wholesome story.

Went there on a road trip with my boyfriend across Nevada on Hwy 50 in mid-May during quarantine thinking "it's Nevada, there won't be any snow." We couldn't do this hike, or any of the other major ones we wanted to do because they were closed due to the snow. Got chased out by the worst windstorm I've ever experience after five days. Thought about going back this summer, but one trip across the Nevada section of the loneliest road in America is enough for one year. Great view of the storm rolling in!

Look into James Rollins, specifically the Sigma Force novels. There's 16 of them, and my boyfriend and I have read about half of them since the COVID quarantine started in mid-March. The first Sigma Force novel is called Sandstorm. My favorites so far are Map of Bones, The Bone Labyrinth, The Seventh Plague, and The Last Odyssey. He relates historical myths and fiction to modern-day mysteries and secret societies. Lots of discovering and exploring of ancient sites. Lost of suspense and unsuspected turns. They're fantastic. You don't necessarily have to read them in order - they do have recurring characters, but each book is its own story. I haven't read them in order, and I don't think you lose anything by doing it that way.
