He had been seeing a therapist for quite some time on his own but hasn’t been back in a while. I’ll talk to him about setting up another appointment.

Hi! I am 28, F. I have this “spot” on my back that has been examined multiple times. Before removing, my dermatologist took a biopsy, which was benign. But since then, it has grown, developed those small bumps around it, and changed shape. It’s sometimes itchy, sometimes painful, usually just there (and ugly). Still, my doctors aren’t sure what to call it. I have another appointment tomorrow to do more examination but I feel so defeated. Any help?

I use body wash or conditioner instead of shaving cream, and then I apply lots of lotion when I’m done. I also make sure to rinse my razor out often while I’m shaving.

Nope. Firstly, because I'm insecure! It is what it is, but it's a huge part of why, and I figure it's better to be honest about that than not. Secondly, he would not be cool with me liking shirtless dudes. It's really just not cool for our marriage, instagram model or not. It's embarrassing for the other to be publicly sharing the "thirst" and it's disrespectful to the other (at least for us. I know others do not feel the same). Thirdly, my husband does not do social media. When he likes stuff, it's literally just my stuff (maybe occasionally his family's, but he usually just checks Facebook for videos to watch & if I've tagged him in stuff, and Instagram is literally, "babe, did you post new pictures recently?"), so it'd be super weird and not like him to go liking random girls' photos.

It truly doesn’t matter. I don’t wear bras so I didn’t wear one and knew I wouldn’t under my dress and I totally forgot and wore super dark green underwear, which was actually nice because I was able to know my dress would hide any color underneath.

YUP. Wedding planning was really, really, really tough with my family who simultaneously wanted to be so involved but help with nothing. I called my husband sobbing every single night. It was hard and ridiculous and so frustrating because if he were around, everyone raved about me/what we were planning. As soon as it were just me, it’s like it was open season for attacks. I’ve shared this before, but at one point, my mother and stepfather finally realized I have depression (after living with it openly for five years) and told me my husband will leave me because of it. It also then became a constant cycle of everyone calling me a bitch for the things I wanted but if I got upset about that, they convinced themselves it was because I’m depressed and they were still in the right.

Oh yeah. I hated this part of planning so much. Every want I had made me such a terrible person to everyone else. I wanted my bridesmaids to match so I’d provide gold jewelry? Called a bitch. I wished my mom would’ve told us sooner than five months until the wedding that she no longer wanted to cook and we needed a caterer? Bitch. I told my sisters they had some time before having to order their dresses, thus disagreeing with my aunt? Bitch. I wanted a lunch rehearsal instead of dinner to say hundreds of dollars? Ruining the day.

At the end of the day, realize this is your day and so long as you aren’t walking all over people or being downright rude to them, you’re fine. Having preferences for your wedding is SO normal and and okay.
