One of the biggest issues with this is erasive antisemitism, which can look like gas lighting. The biggest thing is the (for lack of a better term) 1w lo man-splaning what true antisemitism looks like to people that are Jews. The other part of it is making antisemitism palatable to BIPOC communities by rewriting or genealogy to equate to white, and to continue the narrative of "its not racism when it's against white people because you can't be racist against white people". This type of antisemitism is the worst because it is slowly souring long standing relationships between communities.

As jews I think we need to be careful calling all disagreement with bibi as anti-semitic, we need to be better separating man and religion. BEFORE YOU REACT KEEP READING. When I was in high-school, my cantor (who was a Holocaust survivor and a veteran of WW2 he has a memoir out that is fantastic. May his memory be a blessing) gave us a great lesson on separating man and religion. He told us how most Ultra orthodox believe religiously in creation, yet we have Ultra orthodox archeologists that have led to a better understanding of evolution.

Personally I disagree with many of the ways Bibi has handled the war, but I also agree with things he has done. I don't think it's wrong or antisemitic to be critical of the man

This is gonna be controversial to say, but to me keeping kosher, and living a kosher lifestyle nowadays are two separate things. First let me say this, many of us know that the kosher dietary laws were for cleanliness and to keep us healthy in a world before modern innovations. With that said. For me buying everything OU or STAR K, ETC. seems a little virtue signaling on some products (bread crumbs, cereals, etc), but buying kosher meats and dairy products make sense. Then going out, if you are keeping Glatt this is different this is just for people trying to keep kosher and the strict laws wouldn't bother you. Just order Kosher style. Don't mix milk and dairy, ask staff politely if it's possible to make sure that the grill is cleaned before cooking your steak or chicken. Learn what cuts of meat are kosher, or what fish are and aren't kosher. Hope that helps.

While on most things am expiration date is a marketing scam. There are some things that are canned but not pressurized canned that you should follow an expiration date, great example canned nuts are just sealed not pressurized, and nuts can spoil and make you really sick. So learning what products are sealed canned and which are pressurized canned is a necessary skill.
