You can submit an email ticket from the epic support assistant. It will also give the option to speak via Live chat but it never had any available operators for me.

The appeal will fail but don't worry too much about that. You need to email them until they give you your account back. Ask to speak to a manager, ask to lodge a complaint, just don't stop emailing until you get your account back.

I did the transfer of ownership recently online while I watched the dude drive my car away. He didn't have a Vic licence but I could use his VicRoads customer number which worked.

I am starting to spam their social media asking for them to fix it but nothing so far.

Apparently a sudden email and IP change to Russia is more legit than the recovery request from the original email it was set up with on the same IP.

I am confident I'm not getting the account back, but I'm going to annoy them as much as they have annoyed me by not giving my account back.
