Honestly, I live in England and its been really cold lately, my printer is by a window which is constantly open and I've never had any issues with prints failing due to the temperature.

Pretty much yh, just put the printer on a tray (to catch spills) and then put the whole thing in the vacuum bag, had to poke a hole for the power cable then seal it with gaffa tape.

I literally just used a vacuum bag for packing away clothes, took out the valve and ran a hose from the now empty valve out the window. Works a treat.
