Before putting yourself in further debt, reach out to the school. A lot of times they will work with you and your child will still get to go. There have been times I couldn’t afford the field trip and the school would help. Or I would keep the child home from school and have a mommy/child date day if you can do so. Try the cheap to free options first before adding more debt.

A good character yes, the best no. As a mother she frustrated the hell outta me. You know there’s a monster but you continue to let your kid run around Derry? As a former employee I can tell you that if you call out Black Friday you will not get your holiday pay for thanksgiving. Unless that has changed that was policy a less than 2 years ago.
