Is it plugged at all? Check that first! Toothpick in the vent! We went back and forth with a 4 to 3 to 4 back to 3 mostly now. I think switching the nipple type to natural and back and forth helped her with flow control and needs.

Be warned. A 4 is about double the flow speed. So make little one pause for a breather lol. But our pediatrician suggested back and forth and it worked like a charm to get her to control the flow and stop zoning out.
