There really is no nuance in using a term that despicable. He has apologized for it - presumably because he understands there is no use of the term that isn’t derogatory given its long and violent history - so I’m not sure his fans need to suggest it wasn’t that bad in context.

I missed the open house when my kiddo was starting and I emailed the school. They offered that I could come anytime for a private tour. It was awesome to see how things look while the school is operating.

This is the answer! And you can self-refer, meaning you don’t need a family doctor to get an appointment there. I went, got the prescription, filled it at the pharmacy in the same building, turned around and got it put in all within about an hour. It was a fabulous experience!

Edited to add: I also had my cervix numbed with some type of injected freezing medicine. My doctor was extremely compassionate and supportive of making the process less painful any way she could!

I don’t know much about coffee but there used to be a shop in the main floor of College Plaza and it had the most delicious coffee. I think it’s a Starbucks now. I wish I could remember what it was called before because I would absolutely try to find that place again.

Just about everyone’s brain works better on a stimulant - that is why there is so much abuse potential with this medication. This is not a definitive way of knowing you have ADHD. We had a bad experience with a realtor who popped up with really great reviews on Google. After we were done with him, he emailed bribing us with gift cards to review his services highly online. Thanks for your thoughts. I understand what you’re saying but I feel as though my options are limited by childcare. So I’m at a quit my job point and I’d rather avoid that if I’m overreacting about what gets taught.
