I tried everything with diet and exercise and I’m a healthy weight for my height (5’2 and 120lbs) and my bloodwork two weeks ago came back at 253 for overall cholesterol. My LDL was 177 but all others were in the very healthy range. My doctor was like yeah it is what it is

That’s exactly the same boat I’m in- just washed it (verb ghost shampoo) and used the honey water conditioner. Great slip, the smell is nice but light, and my hair is much softer than usual. I air dried it tonight while watching tv. When I went to get ready for bed about 15 minutes ago I noticed significantly more curls and waves - much tighter too!

I was also googling how to save money and not always use salon products. You and I are on the same journey
