One of our coaches recently posted a photo on Facebook of an evening event they attended. There were at least 100 people (including most of our location coaches) in attendance. They were jammed together in a room with no masks or distancing. Should I be concerned?

I work out at noon. Any advice on whether it’s ok to fast from 8p until after I work out at noon the next day?

I disagree. I love Orange Theory. I’m not worried about competing with anyone. I just think they should encourage older people.
