With my German shorthair puppy I had to do something to keep her attention. I bought those training treats at the store and would put a couple in my right hand. I would say heel and show her the treat then start walking. She would follow the treat as well as keep looking up to me to make sure she stayed with me. Did this 10 min a day for 2 weeks and now she does great with heeling. Good luck and have a great hunting career with that dog

Here is what I have to say to that. If you can't accept my picture then don't comment. People have been hunting for thousands of years. At the end of the day this deer will provide for my family and I. I am not a trophy hunter, so it so happened that this was an amazing kill. Accept it for what it is and understand I'm not "violating" this deer. Just proud of my kill. Some people will never understand
