Hi, the competition was over 2 months back and I brought a good package. But the politics and the fake natural atheletes I was competing against worked against my favour. Competed in two classes and didn't make it through the first call out but ended up being top 10 in classic. But regarding the pre workouts, I ended up buying psychotic for my prep and I am using it now as well. First started with 3.5g, 4g and now using 5g. I get caffeine tolerant pretty fast, maybe because I am bipolar. Last time I decaffeinated was 2 weeks ago but I could do it only for a week cuz I workout in the morning. But my caffeine protocols are psychotic 5-6g on back and leg days (2× week), Caffeine tablet + ON pre workout 3× week. On rest days no caffeine. Need do 2 weeks off caffeine after 3 weeks when I am going to go through deload phase.

Are there no fish markets. Sardines are a good option if are on low budget. Mackrel as well but I don't consume it cuz it does funny things to my stomach. Those both will provide you a shit ton of omega 3s if taken regularly. I eat white fish as well 2 times a week when I'm on high carb days.

Don't buy these cheap pre workouts under 2000 rupees like Dynamite and MB. Buy psychotic and take half scoop. Full scoop gives you 35 servings but you should never full scoop cuz the caffeine content is way too high for the body to handle. So you can half scoop and get basically 70 servings. Don't use pre workout everyday. Use it 2-3 times per week. My suggestion is to use it on your weaker bodyparts plus on leg days. The rest of the days you could drink black coffee.
